Renewing computer/domain/VPN/O365/Qlik password with O365
1. Via browsers (Edge, Chrome) using https://www.office.com/
2. Go to Settings > Password.

3. Enter your old password, which is the computer login password
4. Create a new password and confirm it.
5. Select Submit to finish and change your password.
6. Wait 2-3 minutes and try to connect to the VPN with the new password.
7. A couple of minutes later, with your computer connecting to the VPN, on your laptop will pop up a message on the bottom right desktop about a locking message.
Press the Window key and ‘L’ Key together to lock your screen, then enter the new password to unlock your PC.
8. So next time when you unlock your computer and try to log in, use the new password you chose in step number #4.
Note: To Sign into Outlook app on your phone with the new credentials.
1. Launch Outlook app on your mobile
2. Microsoft Authenticator will ask your password
3. Open Duo app – you need to approve the Sign in.
4. User must return to Microsoft Authenticator after satisfying Duo to complete authentication.
5. Outlook mobile will then work.
When Microsoft Authenticator is installed on a mobile device – all Microsoft applications are hardcoded to run their authentication through the authenticator application, and there is no bypass for this.
