Installing the Passportal Browsers Extensions – Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge Browser Extension - Features and Installation
To install the extension for Edge:
- Visit: microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/search/passportal
- Click Get in the N-able Passportal entry
- Read the MS Addon pop-up for Passportal extension and click Add Extension
After installing the extension, you will need to login:
- Click the Passportal extension icon at the top right of the browser.
NOTE: You may not see the Passportal icon, you can find it in your extensions list. It is recommended to pin the Passportal icon to your toolbar browser. How to Pin Extension in Edge - Instructions.
- Enter your:
- Email Address
- Password
- Organization Key
- Location
- Enable the Remember Me toggle if required
- Click Log In
- You will be prompted for 2FA authentication
We are using Duo Security as MFA authentication method, you will have the option to Send Push as well as enter your code.
